What is cawine?

Cawine is an online alcohol & Cake delivery platform that allows consumers in over 1,000 cities in Africa to place their orders.

Where do I get the app?

The app is available in IOS and Android versions. Click on the download the app button available on the website and it will lead you to a download page. Choose the Google play for Android and the Apple store for IOS users and it will lead you to the respective app stores where you can download the app.

Is the app free?

Yes, the Cawine app is both free to download and use. You are not required to make any payment to use our app. All you need is an internet connection

I have a Venue & some Offers I would like to advertise with the Cawine app, how do I do this?

You can automatically create Ads through our Vendor application and these adverts will automatically appear on the client’s application.

I am a new user, how do I register on the app?

Download and install the app, tap the Register button, enter your email & phone number and tap the continue button. The system will automatically send you a verification code. Enter this code to continue if it’s not automatically entered. Enter your date of birth and confirm you’re of age. Enter your Name/ Nick Name. Tap finish. Congratulations! You are now ready to use the app.

How does the app work?

Cawine is an online Liquor & Cake delivery service with an app for Android and iOS platforms and a website. It takes less than 60 minutes for beverages & Cakes to arrive. There will be more than 1,000 African cities that will offer this service. Users can order alcohol & Cakes from Cawine even if they don’t live in a serviced area.

Can I book service through the app?

Yes, you can do this by going through the menu, adding your required items to a cart and completing your order. This order can then be delivered to your table through a table number earlier added, or a destination of your choice if the venue provides it.

Why am I required to enter my Name/ Nickname and Date of Birth?

We use this information to ensure compliance to our Terms and Conditions and create unique accounts for all our users. We value your privacy and the data you provide is protected by our Privacy Policy

Why do I need to enable my location to use the app?

Your location data enables our systems to correctly identify local vendors/service providers around you and appropriately display it

Can I invite my friend and family to install and use the app?

Yes you can invite them by tapping the “share” button. This will give you multiple sharing options that you can use. The other party will get a link to download and install the app. If they already have the app installed, the link will automatically take them to the shared Cawine vendor.

Where do I provide feedback and rating?

For Vendor:

You can provide feedback and rating by clicking on the Vendor icon which takes you to its profile page. Here you can rate, like and give feedback including viewing all other details of the Venue This will be received by the venue though our systems.

Which areas can I use the app?

The Cawine app is currently available for use in Africa. It is, however, not limited to specific  locations within Africa, and should work well as long as you have an internet connection.
